LyncPlus saves conversation history on local computer, independently of Lync file server. When you send messages to a Lync friend who isn't online, IM messages will be sent as offline messages saved on LyncPlus server. LyncPlus includes screenshot feature. A user can get rectangle-region screenshot from screen and then send to other Lync contacts with LyncPlus.
